Certification Pathway

Level 1 – Certified Practitioner
Designed for professionals beginning or strengthening their neuroaffirming practice.

Participants will learn to:
• Understand behaviour through the GROW lens
• Identify nervous system regulation patterns
• Recognise identity threat and environmental mismatch
• Apply practical tools in therapy, education and support settings
• Begin shifting from compliance to collaboration

Level 2 – Advanced GROW Practitioner
Level 2 represents an advanced professional step for practitioners actively applying the framework in practice.

This certification focuses on:
• Complex case formulation
• Systems-level implementation
• Neuroaffirming report writing
• Burnout prevention approaches
• Leadership and supervision skills
• Ethical advocacy within compliance systems
Participants complete supervised learning, practical implementation tasks and reflective assessment to achieve certification.
