Services
Individuals & Families
Doing therapy differently.
We deliver purposeful, evidence-informed, and neuroaffirming supports designed to meet individuals where they are — focusing on identity, connection, and growth.
Positive Behaviour Support, the GROW Way
We lead the way in neuroaffirming Positive Behaviour Support — helping families and professionals understand the why behind behaviour, and build environments where everyone can thrive.
Our PBS process integrates the GROW™ Framework, considering identity, communication, sensory needs, and relationships.
Grow Therapy Services is a recognised leader in neuroaffirming Positive Behaviour Support — supporting individuals through identity, communication, and connection rather than control.
Our PBS practitioners use the GROW™ Framework to help families, educators, and teams understand the “why” behind behaviour, address unmet needs, and build environments where everyone can thrive.
Our PBS approach is:
-
Grounded in identity and human rights
-
Responsive to needs and sensory differences
-
Open to communication in all its forms
-
Whole-person and whole-system focused

Equine- Assisted Therapy
Our Equine Programs are designed around two purposeful pathways — helping individuals connect with their own rhythm, confidence, and calm.
1. Energy Up
Focus: Motivation, movement, and activation
Ideal for: Builds confidence, connection, and engagement
2. Energy Down
Focus: Grounding, mindfulness, and sensory regulation
Ideal for: Supports calm, safety, and self-awareness
Every session is co-facilitated by a therapy assistant and equine specialist, guided by neuroaffirming principles and respect for the individual’s pace and preferences.

Play Therapy
Play therapy services are specifically designed to benefit individuals who are experiencing emotional difficulties, struggling with trauma, or undergoing substantial changes in their lives. Our person-centred environment encourages participants to express themselves freely, allowing them to communicate their thoughts and feelings through creative expression, games, and play. This special approach to therapy offers individuals a safe and natural way to communicate, which is particularly helpful for those who may not yet have the verbal communication skills required for traditional therapy models. Play therapy is an evidence-based approach that has been proven across numerous studies to be highly effective in treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
