Neuroaffirming, block-based therapy designed to support wellbeing, regulation, and connection — without the pressure of endless weekly appointments.
At Grow Therapy Services, we provide neuroaffirming therapeutic supports for neurodivergent children, young people, and their families.
Our approach recognises that therapy should fit into real life, not disrupt it.

Instead of ongoing weekly sessions, we primarily offer structured therapy blocks and group programs that are purposeful, time-limited, and focused on meaningful outcomes — with flexibility to meet individual needs.
How Our Therapy works
We offer therapy in blocks/ intensives, and group programs, with clear start and end points. This helps families plan, reduces burnout, and allows skills to be practiced and embedded between blocks.

Our therapy may include:
-
Small group programs
-
Individual or paired block therapy
-
Parent coaching and family sessions
-
Community-based or clinic-based supports

All programs are grounded in our GROW™ Neuroaffirming Framework and focus on strengths, identity, and real-world participation.
