GROW™ Advanced Certification
Level 2 – Neuroaffirming Practitioner & Systems Leader

Move beyond understanding the framework — to embodying, leading and embedding neuroaffirming practice across therapy, education and service systems.

A Professional Pathway — Not Just Training

Level 2 represents a significant step forward in professional development.

Designed for practitioners who have already completed Level 1 and are actively applying the framework in real-world settings, this programme supports the transition from comprehension to embodiment.

Rather than simply learning neuroaffirming concepts, participants develop the capability to:

• formulate complex presentations with depth
• lead neuroaffirming practice across teams and organisations
• advocate ethically within compliance-driven systems
• design environments that protect neurodivergent identity

This is an elevation of practice — not a refresher.

The Details

THE LEVEL 2 SHIFT

From Understanding → Embodying → Leading

Level 1 provides conceptual architecture and foundational tools.

Level 2 supports a transformation in professional identity.

Participants learn to:

  • live neuroaffirming principles in daily clinical decision-making

  • supervise emerging practitioners

  • design systems that support wellbeing

  • bridge the gap between theory and real-world complexity

This progression reflects maturation in practice that extends beyond knowledge acquisition into leadership capability.

WHO LEVEL 2 IS FOR

Level 2 is suited to practitioners who:

✔ have completed Level 1 certification

✔ are ready to influence systems, not just sessions
✔ feel drawn toward leadership and advocacy

Practitioners from therapy, education, disability services and multidisciplinary teams are welcome.
